Help us reproduce it

Include your device and system version, Auvimo version and edition (direct Mac, Lite or mobile), what happened, what you expected and the steps you took.

• Playback: media container, codecs and subtitle format.
• Downloads: website, error message and when it happened.
• Interface: a screenshot with personal content removed.

Before sharing

You do not need to send a whole media file. Remove personal paths, account details, access tokens and private content from screenshots, logs and links. Share only material you have permission to provide. We will not ask for your private-space password or recovery code.
